Designation: Senior Manager/Manager Sales

Reporting to: CEO

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate

Experience: 6+ Years

Job Responsibilities

- Manage a dedicated telesales team to generate business from database

- Manage the overall personnel, performance, daily operations and discipline of the assigned team

- To achieve LI , L2 sales targets, plan and execute strategies to enhance the sale, generate new avenues for growth and revenue

- Execute specific sales methodology, sales funnel management, dialer strategy and CRM management.

- Interact with product and operations team to ensure robust process management.

- Keep abreast with new products and competitors activities.

- Analyze CRM reports and generate actionable insights

- People Development: Lead the team into operational growth and maximization of revenue;

- Review and analyze performance reports against targets on a weekly/monthly basis

- Assist management with career development activities for Operations Manager, team managers and leaders, including performance management, feedback and training

- Conduct the Succession Planning exercise for all levels

- Resolve issues/ disagreements, if any with the Client and Team

Eligibility

- Thorough knowledge of industry & the market

- Dynamic and aggressive personality with ability of team handling and high level coordination skill within organization is a must; candidate must also have above average negotiation skills and excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Must have at least 6-10yrs of experience into Sales .

- Excellent Problem Solving, Analytical and communication skills

- Decision Making Ability and Independent working ability

- Experience in Call centre management and understanding of processes involved.
