Business Partner: Manager/Sr. Manager –HR

Skills/Qualifications:

Looking for candidates with excellent track record in their current environment. The candidate must be a strong, decisive, results oriented leader who can develop and manage relationships across the company and with a wide variety of partners based on trust, teamwork and knowledge.

Following are the key responsibilities for this critical role:

- Act as a business partner in an active and influential advisory role and ensure HR support towards meeting business goals.

- Responsible for manpower planning & fulfilling manpower requirements through effective use talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit right talent.

- Work with internal stakeholders to design and implement talent management and retention activities.

- Increase Employees Satisfaction and Engagement by driving employee engagement initiatives such as fun@work, reward and recognition, grievance handling, effective employee communication.

- Support goal setting, performance reviews, incentive schemes and annual performance appraisal activities.

- Work for continual improvement in managerial capability by supporting managers in identifying development needs and ensuring compliance of learning interventions.

- Provide effective HR and administrative support to the regional teams

- Drive best practices and identify and implement process improvements for HR processes & systems.

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications – Full time MBA / Post Graduation in HR from a reputed college / university.

Experience: 7 to 10 years HR Experience. Age up to 35 years.

-Good knowledge of HR processes, policies and sub systems.

- High on persuasiveness which helps drive closures.

- Should have excellent interpersonal skills and be a good team player

- Ability to interact confidently and influence senior management to establish and maintain collaborative approach

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Should be perceptive about pulse of people and provide keen ears to on-ground people issues.

Delhi based candidate will be preferred. Non Delhi candidates interested to relocate to Delhi only need to apply.
