Sr Manager/Manager - Corporate Communications - IT/ITes/Telecom

Role : Sr Manager/ Manager -Corporate Communication

To act as the custodian of all internal & external communication and media/public relations activity. Also, create Corporate Communication & Media strategies & plans and implement communication activities; track and analyse their performance while ensuring that the overall branding and strategic objectives of the company are met

Key responsibilities:

- Design communication strategies to uphold and augment the company's brand image and equity in conjunction with business requirements

- Identify the company's target audiences and devise a communication plan to cater to them

- Draft policies and guidelines for media management and corporate communications

- Reputation management through platforms viz. print, digital, social media and online advertising

- Manage media agencies for developing communication plans based on specific media objectives

- Plan media releases and advertisements announcing new business initiatives and developments

- Plan and ensure implementation of pre and post launch activities for brand building and market development

- Explore best practices of brand building and communications for the organisation

- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 SOPs and maintain quality standards in all communications released.

- Ensure cost effectiveness and budgetary control on all activities under ambit of Corporate Communications Department

Undertake complete responsibility for the management of the following :

- Marketing communications

- Internal Communications

- PR & Media Management

- Client Relationship Management

- Ensure professional development of team members and provide for necessary trainings as per requirements.

- Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives

- Control budgets and ensure cost effectiveness
