Design and conduct Compensation and Benefit Surveys
- Prepare project proposals, develop project plans and implement these accordingly

Provide C&B guidance and advice to business leaders and HR teams to support the people agenda
- Provide in-market support to global C&B processes like Year End and Incentive Plan Design and Governance
- Track market intelligence/trends, conducting in-depth analysis to generate trends and recommendations.
- Provide recommendations for benefit program changes based on the employee risk profile, business needs and market practice
- Contribute towards design / revision of current programs and lead/participate in the implementation of new initiatives
- Assess the effectiveness of the current program against the overall C&B strategy
- Provide management information to senior stakeholders on the utilisation, impact and outcomes of C&B programs
- Develop success measures and put in place metrics and measures to evaluate program outcomes and ROI
- Supervise the providers who are delivering program components, including contract negotiation of program content, delivery and cost
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory frameworks and org procedures as they relate to market specific C&B programs
- Participate in global and regional C&B projects in support of our wider HR strategy
Qualifications:
- The incumbent must be an MBA or PGDBM specialized in Human Resources from premier B-Schools with about 8-10 years’ relevant experience (2004, 2005, 2006 batches)
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to create comfortable interaction environs with multiple employee levels
- Must have hands on approach to work and ability to think laterally
- Must have excellent communication skills and team management efficacy
- Strong analytical skills and numeric capability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with project management experience
