Sr. Mgr/Mgr- API Global Sourcing

Required :

A well seasoned professional working in the PHARMACEUTICALS industry for at least 7 years with a minimum exeprience of 3 years in SOURCING & PROCUREMENT of Raw materials -API's and Excipients. preferably reporting to Head Global Sourcing in current organization.

Candidate from premier Tier1 and Tier2 Business will be preferred with a minimum CURRENT CTC of 10+ LPA.

Job Description:

1. Sourcing of Raw Material (API & Excipients) as per requirement of Development projects.

2. Vendor Identification, Selection & Development for same.

3. To arrange technical documents, DMF from identified vendors of RM to form part of Registration Dossier of Formulations developed at our R&D.

4. Cost effective Procurement of all input materials as per PRC requirement in time.

5. Alternate vendor development for raw materials to reduce dependency on single vendors.

6. Ensure proper documentation is being maintained by direct reportees for procurement activities i.e. price index, quotations, purchase orders.

7. Procuring the RM / PM, Impurities and RLD as per the indent raised by PRC.

8. Coordination of Audit of API Manufacturers as per GMP.

9. Arranging Test Licence and Form 29 for Import of the inputs for development.
