Since the past nine decades they have maintained successful partnerships with consumer goods, food & beverage and fragrance companies. Their plants are located in Maharashtra and Gujarat in India and at Barneveld in the Netherlands. Headquartered in India, our client comprises of five companies and a team of talented professionals in the businesses of Fragrance, Flavours and Aroma Chemicals across India, South East Asia and the Netherlands.

Job Description: While reporting to the Group CFO your responsibilities would be to:

- Monitor business performance closely

- Identify and mitigate performance gaps

- Monitor and improve MIS reporting to enhance senior management decision making

- Finalize financial reporting

- Suggest control measures for budget v/s actual

- Provide inputs post analysis on cost and pricing in new and existing business models

- Due-diligence for M&A activities

- Board presentations

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a Chartered Accountant with at least 8 years post qualification experience.

- The individual must be richly experienced in budgeting, forecasting, MIS and financial analysis.

- You are an individual with strong business and acumen and analytical skills.

- You should be a well spoken and well presented individual who has a structured thought process and can communicate effectively with senior management.
