Sr Manager - Loan Against Shares

We have an urgent opening with one of India's leading non-banking financial companies (NBFC) having diversified interests in the financial services sector

Experience : 2-8 years into Wealth Management or LAS, IPO,ESOP Funding, Margin Financing

Job Profile :

- To increase the HNI business of the Capital markets business by penetrating deeper in the branch geography, ensuring successful operations & formulating plans for better client servicing. The product portfolio includes Loan against shares, loan against mutual funds, loan against bonds, Promoter funding, Broker funding & other products in the security based lending space.

- Responsible for sales of our institutional financial solutions such as Loans against Shares & MF Units, IPO Financing to Super HNIs & Corporates and Loan Syndication.

- Accountable for Credit Appraisals of Corporates/ Promoters/ HNIs, Balance Sheet/ P&L/ Cash Flow Analysis, Securities Analysis, etc.

Qualification

- Post Graduate qualification in Management (Marketing or Finance)/ C.A. experience in Sales of Loans against Shares/ other financial products or with broking houses in equity sales to HNIs & Corporates.

- The incumbent should be well-networked with HNIs & Corporates and should possess strong analytical & communication skills and leadership ability
