Sr Manager - Legal - Real Estate

Qualification : LL.B.

Reporting : CEO at Delhi on a day to day basis and functionally to Head – Legal (Corporate) at Kolkata.

Key Result Areas:-

1 Handling all kinds of legal matters before various Courts on behalf of the employer.

2 Drafting of all kinds of deeds and documents, managing all the cases such as Civil, Criminal, Arbitration, Mutation Proceedings

3 Drafting and Vetting of various Pleadings, Deeds, Documents, Agreements, MOU, Space Buyer Agreements, Lease Deeds, Development and Tripartite agreements etc..

4 Documentation for various projects like Architect agreement with Architect Firms, Ad. Agencies, Broker’s Agreement within Indian and abroad.

5 Mutation and handling of Revenue matters

6 Supervision of work being handled by subordinate officers.

7 Coordination and follow-up of outstation cases

8 Preparation of briefs and holding conferences with Senior Advocates and providing consultations on various legal issues.

9 Giving suggestions and opinions to the management on various legal issues.

10 Research work on various legal issues.

11 Liaison at the senior level.

12 Expert Advise to the Management in various legal issues.

Compensation : Commensurate with the experience and background
