Job Description:  Skills and Qualifications:  - Active legal practicing certificate from a reputable common law jurisdiction  At least 6 years PQE  - Experience drafting, negotiating, reviewing IT/technology contracts, including software licensing, software development, SaaS, and other service agreements  - Expertise in negotiating IP issues and aligning IP rights with business requirements  - Understanding of managing post-procurement software and other technology licenses  - Experience sourcing from large vendors and resellers of software and technology  - Experience translating buy-side agreements into corresponding sell-side agreements  - Experience at multinational corporations in international IT/software procurement a plus  - Experience in telecommunications a plus  - Ability to work with a global mindset in terms of dealing with issues  - Adaptable to flexible working hours from time to time to accommodate global vendors and internal lawyers in the US, UK, Hong Kong, Singapore and India.  Person Should be LLB with 6 yrs of Exp.  Arpit Bhatnagar 9716553966
