Job Description:

1) Conceptualize, design, implement and deliver - various interventions for - Organizational Developments and learning capabilities - which could be in form of mentoring, coaching, training and incentivising the talent to meet and exceed organizational, functional and professional goals.

2) Delivering Behavioral Training Sessions

3) Managing, Weekly Induction

4) Launched Senior Managers Induction- PAN India

5) Responsible for Internal and External Audit for Learning and Development Group

6) Responsible for providing provisioning, maintaining cost and preparing budget for L&D department

7) Designing the L&D website and successfully launching / reviewing / re-structuring the same

8) Managing French Training, Other training Activities, Soft Skills Training Delivery, Assertive Skills, Work Place Etiquette, Games / Energizers, E mail etiquette, Leadership, Strategy, Sales, Pre-sales and Bidding,

9) Management Development Plan

10) Run initiatives, research on L&D, cross-training, training for bench retention, L&D Academy

11) Will handle L&D for BPO, IT and Support pan India

12) Will monitor and control Web enabled trainings, Class room trainings, Institutional trainings, Vendor imparted training's.

13) Should know content development, architecture, designing, and implementation.

14) Should have relationships with IT Vendors.

15) May require 2-3 days travel to other Cities in a month.

16) Vertical which the role will cover - IT, BPO and Support.

Desired Profile of the Candidate:

1) Should be a MBA/ MSW/ PGD in Human Resources and having 10-18 yrs of experience in Learning and Development.

2) Should have an high handson experience Behavioral and Softskill Training programme, Leadership
development and executive coaching.

3) Should be only from IT/ ITES or BFS Industry.

4) Should have an excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
