Broad Responsibilities:
- Manage the L&D function for all businesses of the company in India
- Maintain a rapport with functional leads by working closely with them to strategically understand the training requirements of various business teams / verticals and cater to them
- Carry out training needs identification exercise
- Deliver around 20-40 hours of stand-up training every month
- Deliver leadership programs for middle to senior management
- Oversee the leadership pipeline programs
- Manage the L&D budget
- Be responsible for process adherence and facilitate process audit
- Drive the learning culture in the organization
- Design and introduce a mix of learning avenues
- New program content preparation and content updation for existing programs
- Publish periodic reports on L&D metrics
- Deliver presentations on L&D progress to the Senior Management
- Plan for and roll-out OD initiatives
- Manage his / her DRs and their performance
- Support the India HR team in managing the Talent Management strategy
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Must have at least ten years of relevant experience of which at least two years should be of managing training function / team
- Full-time MBA with specialisation in HR from a premier B- School
- Certification in psychometric tools would be an added advantage
- Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally
- Mature-minded, professional individual with the ability to influence various levels of management
- Demonstrated knowledge of instructional systems design, adult learning theory, with experience in delivering high impact, creative and engaging content to senior level audience
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills including strong interpersonal skills, facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables, changing requirements and timelines
- Strong execution-orientation; proven ability, competence, and interest in taking large, complex initiatives and managing them through to flawless delivery
- Strong collaboration and partnering skills; demonstrated success working in partnership with business
- Strong people and project management skills
