Sr Manager - IT - PMO - BFSI

We are hiring Sr Manager - IT - PMO for UK based financial firm.

Primary responsibilities:

- Competency management and defining a competency framework for development practice and practically implementing it

- Defining KPIs with stakeholders and managing performance of teams, along with

- Manage stakeholders

- Must have managed global stakeholders and global implementations, including HR Shared services set up and program management

- Must have strong program management skills

- Must be able to manage demanding business associates with diverse business background (multi functional)

- Must be able to manage program costs and budgets and be able to articulate business benefits

Prior Experience:

- 12-15 years experience from leading IT services/ Captive units managing and leading HRMS Projects

- Should have worked with ERP projects.

- Should have worked with global stakeholders

Education/ Qualification:

BE, MCA, or MBA or M Tech

PMP/Prince 2/LSS / MBB
