Sr Manager - Inv Banking/M&A

We are hiring for a Profile for a Leading MNC based out of Gurgaon

The candidature which we are looking at requires more than 7 years of experience in M&A Space

Strategic Objectives of the role

- Growth through acquisition of businesses and launch of events in new industries and emerging markets

- Core business upgrade including implementation of global best practices

- Regular business performance review

Role Context:

- This high profile role will report directly in to the Managing Director who in turn reports to the Regional President who is a member of the Worldwide Board.

Job Role/Purpose:

- To drive development and growth opportunities through applying proactive input into the Regions strategic planning process, new development and India’s acquisition and divestment activity. In so doing, to help formulate the future direction of the business, and partner with BUs, countries and exhibitions to drive the timely, operational execution of their forward thinking, business plans.

Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge and Attributes

- 10 years of proven strategic planning and business development experience in an international environment

- An MBA or Finance qualification is not mandatory but is seen to be an advantage

- Direct experience of organisational acquisition and divestment
