About Our Client

Xchanging is a London Stock Exchange listed business process and technology services provider. They are looking for a Senior Manager International Taxation based out of their office in Delhi NCR

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Tax; you will be responsible for

- International tax calculations for the UK business

- Filing of tax returns for the 35 different UK based legal entities

- Work closely with the finance team to help reduce tax for the UK entities

- Preparing the IFRS group tax reporting model

- Owning the group tax rate forecasting model

The Successful Applicant

You are a CA with 5 to 7 years of post qualification experience. Strong experience of international tax, specifically UK tax and IFRS as well is a must. You will have excellent understanding of filing tax returns for UK companies and have worked in a big 4 ideally. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are expected.
