To support their growth plans in India, they are looking to hire excellent and dynamic professionals so as to exponentially grow in the country.  Job Description:  Reporting to the Director, you would be responsible for:  - Setting up Analytics from a scratch for the client  - Involved in BD/Sales and Team development for the Data Analytics and Insurance Analytics setup for the client  - Responsible for understanding the international business model and generating value from the Analytics perspective for the revenue generation.  - Manage stakeholder relationships, and propagate the use of the Consulting team   - Identify opportunities for enhancements in the way we work, and build a business case for change   - Strengthen the delivery methodology   - Provide superior solution development through detailed analysis, identification of alternate delivery mechanisms and recommendation of preferred approaches   - Lead, motivate, counsel, develop and coach operational managers, business stakeholders, other project resources   - Ensure compliance with the needs of the project office   The Successful Applicant:  - You are an MBA/M.Tech or hold a Masters degree from a Tier 1 College.   - You bring forth 10+ years of experience and are currently managing Insurance analytics for an Insurance major or a consulting organization.   - You have a team of people reporting to you and you have experience of setting up operations in Analytics from a scratch.
