Sr Manager - Information Security

CTC- Upto 16 lacs pa

This role would be responsible for identifying and implementing the risk mitigations and Technical controls and ensuring adequate Security levels and enhancing the maturity levels.

- Project Management and Vendors Management

- IT Risk management and Security Assurance

- IT Governance and Compliance

- Audits and Information Security Awareness programs

- Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery Management

- Exp/ Qualification/ Technical and Business Skills and Knowledge

- Minimum 9 to 12 yrs of exp in Information Security / BE + MBA

- Competence in IT Risk and Information Security areas.

- Expertise in Security Controls implementation and management

- IT Security Architecture design understanding

- Well versed with various internal and external threats and vulnerabilities.

- Experience in BFSI Sector particularly in Insurance Industry.

- Excellent follow-up skills.

- Excellent communication skills

- Certified ISO 27001:2005 Lead Auditor and trained in Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)

- Information Risk Management (GRC)

- IT Audit & Compliance Management

- Information Security & Privacy Controls

- Compliance Audit & Readiness

- Information System Security Audit

- Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Plans

- Security Awareness Assessment & Program
