Language: Malayalam

Graduate with a post graduate degree / diploma in Personnel Management / Labor Welfare / Industrial Relations OR MBA with specialization in HR / IR OR MSW from a reputed Institution

- Knowledge of industry working practices

- Knowledge of labor laws

- Knowledge of areas like collective bargaining, domestic inquiry, wage and salary administration

- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience - out of which at least 3 years as Manager - IR OR Manager - P&A
