Key Activities & Key Results Areas:
- Handling Union Management Relations
- To create forums for two ways communications between union & management
- To suggest measure to raise the morale of workmen
- Counselling of workmen on various disciplinary issues
- Should possess knowledge of labour laws
- Good at disciplinary actions
- Exposure to wage settlement

- Effective communication
- Good working hand on powerpoint presentation
Qualification: MBA/PGDBM/MSW/LLB
Desired Work Experience: 12~20
Industry Preference:
- Should be from a /Leading Automobile Industry/manufacturing industry and has handled operations of the degree equivalent to HCIL
