Position Title - Senior Manager - Human Resources [East]

Job Description
- Manage the recruitment process of both permanent and temporary staff.
- Interface with Training & Development team for implementation of training/development programs. Identify employee development needs with the reporting manager and propose training needs accordingly.
- Drive all company or HR initiatives across the region such as Performance Management, CSR activities, Reward and Recognition policies and all HR policies and procedures.
- Provide information to the Compensation & Benefits team on employee salary related matters such as LWOP, absconding, salary hold/deductions cases and employee separations.
- Manage all regional level labour and statutory compliance.
- Detect and handle complaints, disputes and grievances of all employees by maintaining positive employee relations and proactive communication.
- Ensure smooth running of the Human Resources Information System and timely update of personnel records of the employees.
Education: Full time PGDBA/MBA with HR Specialization – full time from top B School
Experience: Minimum of 5 Years +
