Sr Manager - Human Resources/IR - Mfg

We are looking for a Sr. Manager-HR/IR for a agri-inputs set up

Location : Ennore (Tamil Nadu)

- Critical Exposure/Experience deemed essential

- Experience in Human Resources and Field/Plant Experience

- Deep knowledge of human resource management and labour laws

- Past or current experience in handling union / IR situation

- Excellent networking and liaison with government agencies

Job responsibilities:

- Plan, direct, and coordinate the overall human resources / talent management process for the organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources.

- To establish human resources policies and procedures in the plant

- Provide organizational development and workforce planning processes, tools, and consultative services that support strategic business goals
