Client: Leading Manufacturing Company.
Job Profile:
- Manpower Planning and Budgeting.
- Develops HR audit plans and performs initial and follow-up audits in accordance with standards already set in all locations of the company.
- Evaluates audit findings; prepares and presents the results and implementation to the Group HR Head.
- HR Policy Communication & Administration of Monthly Corporate Magazine.
- Responsible for Admin Dept of Corporate office.
- Employee Welfare & CSR Activity restricted to the corporate office.
- HR initiatives - roll out of new OD initiatives to locations and their implementation.
- Monthly/Quarterly Analysis of HR Processes with Group HR Head, responsible for all locations.
- Responsible for Annual Calender Plan of HR Review Meet & coordinating with all locations.
- Responsible for Employee Engagement Activities at Corporate Office (Indoor/Outdoor)
- Responsible for preparing & implementing the Annual Budget for HR & Admin.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Group HR Head.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PPT).
- Ability to effectively build rapport with all Plant heads & HR Team.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
