Position Title : HRBP, Sr Manager (Individual Contributor)
Location : Mumbai
KRA : TA, TM, L & D and OD
Role Purpose/Accountabilities:
- Provide HR generalist support in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment for a certain Business Unit.
- Partner with managers and leadership team to identify and address overall human capital needs.
- Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations issues ensuring that Samsung policies and practices are applied.
- Actively contribute with the workforce planning efforts.
- Partner with learning and development to identify and implement training and development actions.
- Collaborate with Compensation to implement retention and rewards programs.
- Guide managers and leaders through the salary and incentive review cycles.
- Develop strategy and facilitate calibration meetings, ensuring Samsung standards are implemented.
- Provide support and direction to leadership teams for Talent Management.
- Lead employee engagement efforts for the client group.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- MBA degree
- 10-16 yrs of Experience
- Candidate must have demonstrated knowledge in organizational development, engagement and retention strategies.
- Candidate must show passion for our business and be able to execute with speed.
