Senior Manager-HR in VC funded eCommerce company
Job Responsibilities :
Reporting in the CEO, your responsibilities will include :
- Understanding, projecting and planning for the talent and manpower requirements across the organisation.
- Managing Talent Acquisition across the organisation and driving efficacious efficiency through timelines/schedules, quality and cost.
- Conceptualizing, planning, organizing and managing a consistent pipeline of high caliber and potent talent that would be needed within the organisation
- Designing hiring strategies - short term/long term Lead Talent Acquisition India
- Work closely with hiring managers and leadership team of Business and align recruitment practices with business needs
- Oversee the utilization of talent acquisition processes and systems
- Lead Recruitment marketing and other initiatives to strengthen Employer Brand
- Leveraging HR Branding synergies to attract best of the talent to the Company and to create brand differentiators so as to make the organisation an ideal employment destination for top performers in the industry.
- Device and implement Sourcing strategy
- Compensation Programs: Design, implement and manage Compensation Programs.
- Salary Benchmarking and Review: Liaison with consultants for external salary benchmarking and organize data for compensation & benefits market surveys
- Performance Management & Improvement Initiatives and introduce key performance metrics that are standard across all parts of the region
- Design & implement a strong on-boarding program
- Identifying training needs and communicating needs and plan to fill the gaps to individuals, manager and division heads.
- MIS and Analytics Recruiters- Training / Incentive programs / Rewards & Recognition
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Candidates Only from FMCG and eCommerce company would be ideal
- MUST have demonstrated distinguished abilities to build, partner, consult and influence business heads, department heads and other leaders.
- Must be a natural net worker with collaborative skills.
- Must have excellent Communication, presentation and inter-personal skills.
- MUST have top-of-the-line interviewing skills.
- Minimum of 5 years Talent Acquisition experience, at least 5 years in fast paced high tech space and in a high volume environment.
- Team leadership/development experience required.
- Demonstrated success in developing strategy, driving process improvement and effective partnering to lead critical business change.
- Utilizes critical and conceptual thinking with effective results in fast paced and complex situations. Analytical, data driven/process approaches desired.
- Must possess strong business acumen and analytical skills. Ability to understand recruitment's links to all other HR Systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills; excellent presentation skills.
- In depth experience with Applicant Tracking Systems as well as Microsoft Office
- Must possess a work hard, play hard mentality
- Team player in a very fast paced working environment
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit
- MBA from Tier 1 B School
