Sr Manager - Human Resource - BFSI

Company Profile:

Our client is a large, professionally managed, highly respected,rapidly growing, highly reputed BFSI organisation-Leaders in their field. Our clients have a national presence and regional / branch offices in over 7 locations.

Our clients seek to recruit HR professionals to support the HR, Personnel & Admin initiatives nationally. Will be based in Western Suburbs, Mumbai & report to the Director-HR. Our clients offer excellent salary/perks as per industry norms & commensurate with experience. Interviews are expected to be held mid-March and the position closed by 25th March.

We have the following positions:

Sr.Manager - HR:

- Would be expected to work as HR Business Partner on all HR Strategic & Operational aspects including Talent Acquisition, PMS, L&D, Appraisals etc.

Candidate Profile:

- MBAs (preferably Full-time, 2 years) with 6 to 12 years experience of which recent years must be in BFSI organisations having multi-locational regional / branch offices.

- Must be very strong in strategic & operational HR.

- Must be willing to work independently.
