Job Location : Mumbai

Qualification : MBA- with post qualification of 6 - 8 yrs of experience

KEY RESULT AREAS:

- Strategic analysis of the process.

- Handling Sales Recruitment

- Attrition analysis.

- Strategic talent resourcing needs.

- Making improvement suggestions

- Drive and implement global HR and regional HR initiatives at India Region.

- Knowledge of appropriate policies and procedures .

- Evaluating performance of employees to retain a diverse workforce.

- Ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures.

- Ensuring seamless execution of HR processes and adherence to policies & processes across the employee life cycle.

- MBA with 6-8 yrs of experience.
