Sr Manager - HR Operations - IT/ITeS

About the Client:

Our client is a US based leading provider of services & technology solutions, headquartered in Bangalore in India with an headcount of 5000+ employees and presence in around 4 major locations in India.

Responsibilities:

- Developing & implementing the HR Policies

- Streamlining the Process

- Handling the whole gamut of HR operations (induction, joining, payroll, compliance, employee engagement, employee benefits, grievance handling, etc…)

- Guiding and mentoring the team members

Requirement:

- The candidate should be a graduate from a Premier B School with 8 – 10 years of experience managing the HR operations in organizations with strong HR process. ( IT / ITES Ops HR experience preferred)

- Should have strong understanding of HR processes and systems and compliances.

- The candidate will be expected to develop, implement and streamline processes to the best in industry

Shift Timing: 01.00 pm to 10.00 pm
