Sr Manager - HR & IR - FMCG/Mfg

Job Description

- HR Manager for one of the Largest Manufacturing Unit- Responsible for Talent acquisition, Employee Relations / Engagement, Learning and Development, R&R, Performance Mgt Prg., and other projects.

- Plays a key role in Employee Long Term Settlement with the TU and implements all clauses agreed as per settlement.

- Ensures discipline at workplace through implementation of policies and procedures in line with laws and initiates disciplinary action as deemed necessary

- Deliver high impact employee engagement programs and be instrumental to translate employee feedback to HR interventions and business success. Responsible to drive HR intervention to minimize employee attrition and maintain high level employee morale

- Drive key aspects of Performance Mgt Prg., like meeting process timelines; ensure better quality of feedback / goal setting discussion, performance improvement prg.,

- Govern & facilities various HR practices of routine employment life cycle

- Responsible to drive Reward & Recognition frame work within BU

- Support culture building initiatives

- Facilitate Learning & Development Programs thru IDP & periodical T&D interventions

- Responsible to publish periodical dashboard on health of employee relations in respective BU’s and effectiveness of HR processes.

Candidate Profile

- Post Graduation in HRM, with 12 to 14 years of Experience of which at least 2 yrs as Head of HR for a large manufacturing Unit. Experience in both HR & IR . Able to interact and work in cross functional team. Excellent communication in Telugu and English (oral & written)
