Qualification - MBA (HR)/MSW- HR, PM & IR

Minimum 10 Years of Experience

- Factory experience with Labour and Union Management

- Managing Shift

- Well versed in Statutory Compliance and Labour Laws.

- Policy, TQM Process, ISO Certification

Local Language - Marathi and Hindi a must (spoken and written)
