Sr Manager - HR Generalist - Mfg Plant

Urgent & immediate requirement for a Senior Manager-HR (Generalist Role) for a professionally managed Indian Multinational conglomerate for one of their manufacturing plant at Patancheru (Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh).

An ideal candidate must be an MBA from reputed institute with around 10 to 13 years of hard core HR & IR experience and must have worked in the manufacturing plant for nearly 7 to 8 years with a thorough indepth exposure and knowledge in various ambit of Industrial Relations & Human Resource with an excellent communication skill..

Please note that the age should not be in any case more than 40 years.

Salary would be excellent and not a constraint for the right candidate.
