Sr Manager - HR Generalist - Mfg Plant

Urgent & immediate requirement for a Senior Manager-HR (Generalist Role) for a professionally managed Indian Multinational conglomerate for their green field manufacturing plant at Khandala (around 53 kms from Pune in Maharashtra), on the Pune-Bangalore Highway.

An ideal candidate must be an MBA from reputed institute with around 10 to 13 years of hard core HR & IR experience and must have worked in the manufacturing plant for nearly 7 to 8 years with a thorough indepth exposure and knowledge in various ambit of Industrial Relations & Human Resource with an excellent communication skill..

Please note that the age should not be in any case more than 40 years.

Salary would be excellent and not a constraint for the right candidate.
