Currently working on a HR Generalist role for a Healthcare/ Lifestyle company based in Hyderabad. The position would report into the Head of HR.  - Support the process of creating the annual manpower plan for the organization with inputs on regional manpower requirement and implement the manpower plan in the respective regions.   - Oversee the that the goal setting, performance review and appraisal processes are done in a timely and fair manner in all centers across the region.   - Drive the recruitment and selection activities across all centers in the region and carryout the recruitment and selection activities for senior/critical positions at regional level.   - Assess the training needs of organization across the region through performance appraisal processes and other talent management processes.   - Draw patterns from the analysis and support the Director - HR in designing the training programs and preparing the training calendar.   - Drive and oversee employee grievance redressal system for the respective regions.  Looking for Full time MBA or PG- HR, preferably from Retail, Financial, FMCG or Insurance background.
