Job Description:
Recruitment/Talent Education:
- To establish a robust Talent Acquisition delivery processes that meet the growing needs of business.
- Takes ownership that Talent Acquisition team delivers quality services as per SLAs / TATs
- Coordinate proactively managing communication with Managers/Business Leaders to implement hiring needs and build partnership business
- Develop and implement the strategic hiring plans (monthly) to meet business needs of all open and potential positions in a time bound manner.
- Build and maintain industry / skill specific market intelligence for target-based hiring.
- Formulate Job Descriptions and KRA's and KPI's for all conjointly with Business Heads and across teams and locations wherever required.
HR Operations:
- Statutory Compliances : Handle compliances towards PF, ESI, etc
- Performance Management System Driving Complete cycle of PMS.
- Compensation & Benefit Annual Compensation Survey, Identify an agency, Bench Marking, etc
- Giving Payroll inputs,
- understanding the compensation structure, able to make recommendations, understanding if you add on a particular component how it will affect the structure, ensuring to write reports to the leaders
- Manage employee queries on pay, benefits and other transactional areas. Solving employee queries related to- Salary structure, Travel & Medical reimbursements, Payroll related problems, PF issues.
- Policy and procedures formulation
- Training and Development Identification and Analysis of Training Needs from various sources mainly Performance Appraisal and Random needs based on direct interaction with employee and team leader.
- Employee Engagement- Initiated events/activities to relieve employees of work stress and fatigue and to make the whole atmosphere lively, active, open and thus more productive. Examples are staff screenings for home productions.
- Induction and Orientation- Managing end to end Induction Process.
- Alignment of new staff towards business plans and proper communication of their role and value addition in the same.
- Creating and introducing new policies in order to bring uniformity and standardization in the organization
Desired Profile:
- MBA in HR from a reputed College/University.
- Must have experience in HR Generalist profile
- Should involve in formulation of KPIs & KRAs for across level.
- Recruitment experience across level.
