Working on a HR Generalist role for a chain of clinics/ Hospital to be based in Hyderabad. The grade is a Sr.Manager, reporting directly to the Head HR.

Job role:
- Lead one of major areas of HR allocated and act as single point of contact for Head -HR for all initiatives in that particular area thus building and managing a center of excellence for the allocated HR area (Recruitment & Selection, Talent Management, Compensation & Rewards including HR administration and Organizational Change & Development etc.)
- Support the process of creating the annual manpower plan for the organization with inputs on regional manpower requirement and implement the manpower plan in the respective regions.
- Oversee the that the goal setting, performance review and appraisal processes are done in a timely and fair manner in all centers across the region.
- Drive the recruitment and selection activities across all centers in the region and carryout the recruitment and selection activities for senior/critical positions at regional level.
- Assess the training needs of organization across the region through performance appraisal processes and other talent management processes. Draw patterns from the analysis and support the Director - HR in designing the training programs and preparing the training calendar.
- Drive and oversee employee grievance redressal system for the respective regions.
