Brief Profile: We are looking for a HR Business partner - South India for Sales & Marketing division of the organization.

Qualification: MBA HR

Experience:12 - 18 years

Preferred Industry: Sales & Marketing Driven Organization's

- Ideal Candidate would require the person to conceptualize, develop and implement HR strategy for the organization and work closely with the business.

- Candidates should have worked in large scale organizations and should be conceptually strong on HR regulations and policies.

- This would be an end to end HR role more focus on Sales HR.

- Candidate should be of strategic bent of mind, with good communication skills and stake holders management skills.
