Sr Manager - HR Business Partner - IT/BPO

This is with regards to a Business partner role with one of the world's leading MNCs based out in Bangalore.

Looking for someone who has strong experience in Rewards & analytics, etc.

- Significant reward experience in either a multi country or global role and consistent record of successful delivery in this area.

- Understanding of organisational hierarchy and master data management with proven experience in reporting and analytics with excellent data visualisation skills

- Proven commercial management skills

- Previous experience in multinational software, technology or professional services/BPO environment, preferably with some experience based in a western business environment.

- Candidates with good communication skills & strong academic credentials would be preferred.
