Brief Responsibilities

1. Oversee the hiring process including documentation

2. Manage the performance appraisal process across all locations

3. Manage the HR lifecycle process

4. Build systems, streamline and implement successful processes

5. Strategic advisor/ support to senior levels - respond to queries, represent HR in meetings and point of person for all issues and resolutions

6. Oversee office administration
