Sr Manager/Head - Human Resources - IT

- Will be leading end to end HR Spectrum for a leading IT venture with current manpower strength of 2000+ people.

- Responsible for business partnering and strategy making.

- Will be taking care of leadership building and coaching as required.

- Developing an employee friendly organisational culture and creation of an employer brand.

- Responsible for lucrative PMS and reward strategy.

- Oversee optimal absorption of resource availability.
