Role: Sr. Manager/ Head Central Repair Network- (Handests/Mobiles)

Required Experience in - Handset/Mobiles - Refurb Operations

- Develop, implement and maintain Central Repair Network supporting Service Operations.

- Have a clear strategic vision for Companies Repair Network taking into account inputs from Planning, Forecasting, Vendor Performance and Cost of Repairs

- Regulate and Govern the repair operations as per Load and Capacity.

- Management of PCB Recovery and handset Refurb Operations

- Drive initiatives to align & standardize Vendor Repair Processes to achieve Quality and Efficiency.

- Implement KPI to actively monitor vendor performance.

- Manages a positive Vendor relationship to ensure openness, transparency and a joint commitment on service delivery.

- Carry out periodic Vendor business reviews, operations reviews and auditing.

- Support Service Channels with special projects/requirements planned time to time.

- Lead a competent results-oriented team, identify development needs, coach and take the necessary actions.

- Prepare periodic reporting as per Management directions.

- Managing Sevice Centers.
