- In-depth knowledge of one or more of the following:

Global in-house captives (GICs) / Shared Services (SSC)

Finance transformation

Finance operations

Managing senior client stakeholders

- Expertise in two or more of the areas listed -

Go-to-Market strategy

Business diagnostics, business case analysis and planning

Performance improvement of internal operations

Service sourcing, RfP process

Outsourcing/offshoring strategy and setup

Shared service or IT transformation

Design of SLAs, process KPIs and reporting requirements

- One functional area (F&A, HR, IT, SCM, etc.) or process (P2P, O2C, etc.)

- In-depth understanding of the current economic and business environment

Academic Qualifications

CA with consulting background or MBA/PGDM from a premier institute with a good academic background

Experience

7 to 9 years of relevant experience post-MBA / CA

Consulting background or industry background (business excellence or functional role) preferred with significant expertise in at least two or more of the areas listed - Go-to-Market strategy, business planning, performance improvement of internal operations, service sourcing, outsourcing/offshoring strategy
