This is with regard to job opening for Sr Manager -Financial Reporting for a top corporate house in media industry

Experience: 5-10 Years

Qualification CA (Mandatory)

Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

- Responsible for Financial Reporting and ensuring appropriate controls, proper accounting while finalization of accounts as per IGAAP and USGAAP.

- Monthly P&L release and substantial of Actual v/s Flash gaps.

- Month end analysis of Cost and Balance Sheet.

- Providing commentaries on the business performance.

- Monitored all over accounting and accounting of post;production division

- Handling Budget, monthly MIS and variance analysis

- Preparing individually monthly consolidation of 18 subsidiaries and Joint ventures Preparation and Finalization

- Standalone and Consolidated of accounts including cash flow statements and notes to
accounts

- Preparation and finalization of quarterly results of Standalone and Consolidated accounts as per SEBI requirements
