Sr Manager - Finance & Secretarial - FMCG

Responsible for Finance and secretarial work based at corporate office

1. Operational responsibility of the Finance function (review financial statements, monthly MIS, Group reporting) and audits (internal, statutory).

2. Overall responsibility for all accounting issues, month end, quarter end and year end close.

3. Assisting the Taxation head in all taxation issues – GST, service tax, professional tax, FBT, TDS etc.

4. Corporate compliance and maintenance / enhancement of internal controls.

5. Liaise with bankers, legal advisors, auditors and tax professionals.

6. Participation in ad-hoc projects like budget and policy related decisions.

7. Monitoring of accounts receivables

8. Responsible for the preparation of the Monthly and Annual Compliance Report

9. Interpret ate financial performance and prepare the financial reporting package for the Chief Financial Officer.

10. Organizing Board of Directors Meeting and Shareholders Meeting.

11. Responsible for various statutory records to be maintained under various acts.

12. Responsible for Preparation of Exports Documents (under Letter of credit and Open Credit) to be presented to Banks.

13. Responsible for- EXIM operations, Advance Licensing, Duty Drawback, including Liaisoning with DGFT.

14. Monitoring import Customer clearances and doing Negotiations with CHAs

Candidate should be CA + CS with minimum 5 yrs of experience. Excellent in communication skills
