This is with reference to an urgent assignment with one of our client into Private equity.

Looking for Chartered Accountant Batch 2005-2007 pass outs.

Responsible for managing accounting functions of Accounts Payable, Banking, Journal Entries, etc.

Consolidation and preparation of annual and quarterly financial reports.

Regulatory reporting – onshore and offshore

Looking for candidates from Private Equity / Venture Capital industry only.
