Sr Manager - Finance - CA - Bank

- Candidate needs to handle overall accounting in which finalization and closure of books of accounts along with coordination with statutory auditors of the Bank

- Involved in the BASEL II implementation and compliance with BASEL II norms in future

- Responsible for filing various regulatory reports like DSB Tranche- I, Return on Capital Adequacy (RCA), Special fortnightly return, FORM VIII, Reporting of foreign currency borrowing, Basis Statistical Return (BSR)

- Actively involved in submission of data during RBI inspection / RBI Reporting / Regulatory Reporting

- Responsible for review of various products launched by the bank from accounting and regulatory point of view, including system improvement

- Other responsibilities like authorizing operating expenses, review of operating expenses booked, taxation matters etc.

Qualification & Expercience : CA - Batch 1999 - 2001, with over 10 years of Banking experience
