Sr Manager - Finance - CA

Our client, a PE funded online gaming company is looking for a Financial Controller who will oversee the day to day activities of the finance team and ensure that the companies finance function is organised and efficient

Responsibilities include :

- Contribute to decisions regarding financial strategy

- Management of the finance function and overseeing the finance team.

- Setting up financial policies and procedures

- Budgeting, forecasting

- Overseeing all tax and regulatory/compliance issues

- Investor reporting

- Accounting (I-GAAP).

- Payroll administration

Requirements :

- CA with minimum of 12 years of experience

- Experience of handling FP&A in a medium sized company

- Willing to/ has the ability to work in a fast growing and dynamic environment

- Excellent communication skills and commercial accumen

- Knowledge of IGAAP
