Sr Manager - Finance - BPO/IT

Sr. Manager Finance for a Leading BPO in Gurgaon

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire gamut of financial activities like AP, AR, Payroll & GL in the shared service environment

- Ensure the service delivery as per the agreed SLAs.

- Ensure Compliance with corporate processes, applicable Laws/regulations

- Provide required financial analytics and MIS as required by management

- Lead and develop team of accountants in department –a good peoples manger with proven management skills

- Handle a teams of around 30-35 resources

- Create culture of daily updates and weekly performance tracking so as to maintain a zero surprise environment.

Desired Profile

- Chartered accountant with 4-6 years of exp in leading BPO/IT as a Manager.

- Knowledge of Indian GAAP & IFRS is preferred.

- Experience in transition of process(s) to shared services

- Setting and maintaining the highest professional standards for himself / herself

- Excellent Repo building skills

- Self motivated and needs to be excellent team manager

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to relay information clearly and concisely in both written and verbal communications.
