Sr Manager - Finance & Accounts - IT

Requirement:

- CA with 11-16 years of work experience in IT Companies.

- Worked on PeopleSoft/ Oracle ERP.

- Managing a team of 10-15 people.

- Good communication skills.

Job Description:

- Working knowledge of US GAAP.

- In-depth knowledge of IGAAP.

- In-depth knowledge of Direct & Indirect taxes.

- Working knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA, RBI Regulations etc.

- MIS- Monthly

- Balance Sheet and P&L etc. as per US GAAP with all supporting Schedules.

- Tax Computation.

- Familiar with STPI, SEZ regulations.

- Ability to handle Statutory, Internal & SOX Audits.

- Financial Planning- Budgets, Forecasts etc.
