Sr Manager - Finance & Accounts - FMCG/Retail

- Take decisions related to Financial and Accounting procedures Finalization of accounts and liaison the external / internal audit.

- Keep abreast of laws and regulations and maintain up to date compliance

- Participate in the decision making process of the organization in All its strategic and operational issues.

- Prepare business plan and monitor the income and expenses versus budget, track the variances,
recommend corrective actions, and follow-up on remedial actions to ensure the adherence to the budget

- Analyse stock and sales data, and provide the management with inputs on performance of the outlets by preparing the Break even statements and other MIS reports.

- Preparation of financial statements and other MIS reports of the Company on monthly basis.

- Conduct outlet / warehouse stock audits.

- Monitor and reconcile the receivables accounts and Co-ordinate the collections.

- Oversee and supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem solving; evaluate performance and make recommendations for personnel actions; motivate the team to achieve peak productivity and performance.

- Ensure the compliance of various statutes such as Sales Tax, Income tax etc.

- Education should be either CA/ICWA/Inter/MBA salary will be max 18 L

- Should have handled min 25 - 50 stores, must from FMCG or retail only,
