Sr Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA

Looking for Finance & Accounts professional with 5-8 years of post qualification experience.

- Exposure in General Accounting, IGAAP, USGAAP, month end and quater end functions

- Consolidation and preparation of annual and quarterly financial reports

- Liaising with external auditors

- Ensuring integrity and completeness of financial records including transaction processing, reconciliations and operation of accounting processes and policies

- Playing a multi-faceted role in accounting, financial and management reporting, budgeting, statutory compliance, treasury and cash management functions

- Performing bank reconciliations, balance sheet, general ledger and intercompany account reconciliations
used by management and for audit purposes

- Ensuring A/R and A/P sub ledger to general ledger tie out to ensure data integrity on a monthly basis

- Managing fixed assets system, ensuring additions, disposals, depreciation and reconciliation to GL

- Managing Payroll, benefits, retirement, payroll tax accounting and posting of necessary accrual entries

- Reviewing and analyzing Profit and Loss Actual with Budget and investigating major variances

- Candidates preferably from Financial Services/Banking/Insurance/NBFC/Technology/IT/Retail/Telecom sectors only.

- Compensation details: Candidates currently drawing compensation between 12 lacs to 15 lacs are invited to apply.
