PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
- Manage operations for AP, AR, Corporate Accounting Revenue Accounting & Outbound Collections for a Client based out of the US,
- Manage the P & L of the Account to ensure smooth delivery, process improvements & profit maximization.
JOB DESCRIPTION - KEY TASKS:
Support Tasks:
- Ensure monthly for CPI’s and KPI’s,
- Coordinate with all support departments,
- Drive process improvement and relieve bottlenecks to ensure efficient delivery
- Ensure that new users understand the processes and timelines
- Ensure post processing reconciliations are carried out and any material issues investigated and corrected
- Ensure C-SAT targets are achieved
- Ensure E-SAT targets are achieved
Operational Planning Tasks:
- Manage and oversee the deployed activities of the Group.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure quality and controls are in place and adhered to across all aspects of the deployed activities.
- Drive continuous improvements through Six Sigma, Automation and other enhancement systems.
- Ensure attrition is managed within Organizational targets
- Ensure system support is available to all end user clients and help with reporting and issue investigation and resolution as required
- Liaise with and escalate issues to Technical Teams and follow through to issue resolution
General:
- Responsibility and accountability for oversight and management of all deployed activities the team
- Management and development of two or three Ops Managers
- Assist in identifying and resolving data inconsistencies
- Act as subject matter expert
- Ensuring policies and procedures documentations and controls are up-to-date and are being applied correctly
- Exposure to sales support
- Experience in gathering market intelligence
- Preparation of collaterals
Very good exposure in client presentations
