Manager / Sr Manager - Exports (Central America)
Critical Exposure/Experience deemed essential
a. Prior experience of Chemicals / Agrochemicals / Pharma institutional sales in Central/Latin America markets
b. Thorough understanding of the cultural and geographical nuances of the region.
Job responsibilities :
a. Provide inputs for creation of Annual sales plan for Latin & Central American region through forecasting market conditions, competitor pricing feedback etc
b. Market development and execution of sales plan to ensure budgeted target achievement in Latin & Central America (for both Coromandel & Sabero products)
c. Co-ordination with Supply chain team to ensure proper labeling & timely dispatches for export orders
d. Co-ordination with technical manufacturing plants at Ankleshwar, Sarigam to ensure timely production of confirmed export orders
e. Continuous engagement and relationship management with existing key customers. This would involve Customer requirement analysis, Query resolutions and ensuring timely collections
f. Appoint new business partners by conducting background checks and collating information from different sources about the credibility of the prospective dealers & distributors
g. Sales administration & exports MIS management including follow-up on collections and maintaining SAP - S&D module.
Competency Profile, Skill Set Required: Product registration and regulatory matters, Exports logistics & exports documentation, Interpretation of import/export policy, Influencing and Negotiation Skills, Good communication & presentation skills
Qualification required : MBA - International Business
Age : 30 - 35 years
